   There's a grant for low income people here (like me) but in the past few years   
   it seems like the electric bills went up more than the grant compensated for.   
   But the grant was great before this started happening.   
      
   I wish I had a single story house, then I'd heat it with a pellet stove.

   The media keeps things like this quiet. I would have never known about it if I   
   didn't discuss it with you. It doesn't explain why the bill is so high, but it   
   does indicate that here are talking points for the electric company if I ever   
   call them about it.
