   USMCA failed to address the trade imbalance. It was passed through congress,   
   which probably means that it wasn't allowed to address the trade imbalance,   
   because congress would never deal with an issue like that.

   I don't see it that way. Smart Canadians probably don't see it that way   
   either. It doesn't erase the damage that Trudeau has done to Canada.
