It should be based on a bunch of other       factors, like how likely they are to show up for court, how likely they are to       re-offend, etc. Because life is not all about doing what's best for poor       people. (I should explain it like that to my state rep.)              --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A49 2023/04/30 (Windows/64)        * Origin: JoesBBS.Com, Telnet:23 SSH:22 HTTP:80 (1:342/201)       SEEN-BY: 105/81 106/201 128/187 129/305 153/7715 154/110 218/700 226/30       SEEN-BY: 227/114 229/110 111 114 206 300 307 317 400 426 428 470 664       SEEN-BY: 229/700 705 266/512 291/111 320/219 322/757 342/200 201 202       SEEN-BY: 396/45 460/58 712/848 902/26 2320/105 5075/35       PATH: 342/201 200 229/426           |
