   That's a good point, and it should be part of this discussion. It's related.   
   What are they doing about that "systemic" and "disproportionate" problem?   
      
   Rich people can afford lawyers that specialize in winning, and poor people   
   have access to a county-employee-public-defender. I wonder if Al Sharpton is   
   aware of this?
