   The supply chain disruptions these tarriffs will cause are disrupting trade   
   agreements and assumptions that countries are operating in good faith to   
   continue trade.   
      
   Resetting them will be a massive undertaking and will take a long time. And,   
   we won't be able to switch back. I fear that this is a permanent change.
