   "former" z1 coordinator, but is still z1 coordinator.   
   As you know if you look through TOm's echolist you see my   
   name listed as mod of a few echoes as well.   
      
   Call it quasi official, as recognized by the following:   
      
   TO add any echo to the backbone a confirmation message from   
   the echolist robot must be shown;   
      
   tHe echolist does get a special 1:1/21 address;   
      
   sysops will use it to determine the rightful moderator of an echo for purposes   
   of deciding to honor an access cut.
