   True but, at least with those "are you 18" buttons, if they click it, they are   
   lying.  If they start interacting with a site, like AI or anything, without   
   being asked at all, IMHO that means the fault is squarely on the site (and   
   maybe the parents that are not paying enough attention to what their kid is up   
   to).
