   No, this guy uses just a wood stove to heat his home. It doesn't use any   
   electric.

   Yea, but all that stuff doesn't happen all at once. My bill went from $70 on   
   average to $300 on average, and now I've got one for $591. There's no way to   
   justify it. Is this not happening in your area? I don't wish it on you, but   
   I'm just wondering if it's just a regional problem?
