   That's how I interpreted the news also, but I understand the correction.   
      
   But I'm still in favor of stopping the funding for it. Scientists can play God   
   on their own money. We can't even afford electricity, so it's time for   
   scientists to try learning how to bring electric down and to give all that   
   virus mutation stuff a rest.
