   There's something weird going on here in the states, at least in my state. I   
   have a friend who literally has no furnace in his house, he's got mobile home   
   with a wood stove, and he got a $600 electric bill.   
      
   He called the electric company and they said "It's been colder than normal   
   this winter.." but obviously that doesn't make any sense.   
      
   This is really 2 problems in 1: The first problem is we're all being ripped   
   off by NYSEG (the electric company) and the second problem is: What are they   
   planning to do with all this money that they're stealing from us?
