   I don't have all the facts straight, but I was under the impression that Fauci   
   was conducting virology research with SARS viruses, and that the mosquitoes   
   (flies?) were carriers of one of the mutated SARS viruses, and that the beagle   
   pups were infected with the mutated SARS virus to test the contagiousness of   
   it.
