   Helpful article, especially the mg numbers for the different coffee   
   brews. I have one regular (real) coffee in the morning, and the rest   
   of the day it's decaf (maybe 5 cups at most). I'm still committed to   
   get off the stuff.  I've never been one of those headache suffers   
   reaching for coffee to minimize migraines. But a caffeine withrawal   
   has been brutal. 2 or even 3 ten-cup pots per day was pretty normal   
   at one point.  I carried caffeine pills in case I missed my quota   
   for the day.
