I lived in       Phoenix, it was a bit too hot for me. It would push 120 degrees for a couple       of weeks within moments of the june-august months. I always describe it       those who havent been there, the only way I can ... Opening the door to my       apartment felt very similar to opening an oven door and reaching in to grab       something. It was a pretty intense heat. But Sedona is slightly higher       altitude and if I remember right, it begins the Rocky mountains. Many John       Wayne films were made there. It has the beauty of the Red desert rocks and       cactus, while just a short drive away pine trees and forest. I think it was       called "Flagstaff?" It's been a while. But such a cool little town. I keep       telling my wife I'm retiring there with or without her. The climate was       perfect. New Mexico is another place you'd enjoy if you like that type of       climate (but not quite as hot).              --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A45 2020/02/18 (Windows/32)        * Origin: The Underground [@] theunderground.us:10023 <-port (1:227/702)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 90/1 120/340 601 123/131 226/16 30 227/114 702 229/101       SEEN-BY: 229/424 426 452 664 1014 240/5832 249/206 317 400 317/3 322/757       SEEN-BY: 342/200       PATH: 227/702 229/426           |
