   Yeah, in this case I do, but not always.  Actually for down and dirty edit I   
   use a program that came with my first digital HP camera.  Windows 98 era.    
   Still works great even in Windows 10.   ACDSee.  There are newer versionn of   
   that of course, but I am happy with what it does.  If I want detailed stuff I   
   use Photoshop
