   It's all there. I haven't seen anything that shows violence on her part,   
   but the coverage does show her restrained in a wheel chair, a mask over   
   her face and the reasons for this explained by Travis county authorities;

   I don't think Perry will be drawn into the court system for trial, it just

   Unfortunately, her record will show a DWI 'misdemeanor' and not a felony   
   drunk driving, even with her ABL at 3 times the legal limit. She loses   
   her license to drive, but she doesn't lose her license to practice law,   
   nor her status as Travis County DA...oh, if anyone has jeopardized her DA   
   career, it surely wasn't Perry, she did that to herself.
