Hello, Sean!              25 May 14 20:17, from Sean Dennis -> All:               SD> About two months ago, I received a package from my biological father.        SD> In it was a Timex/Sinclair 1000 in -mint- condition! The only reason        SD> I haven't plugged it up is that the external power supply has the        SD> wrong plug on it and I need to go get another one. I have somewhere        SD> in my stuff an external 16K RAM expansion pack. So the computer will        SD> have a whopping 20K of RAM!              I had a T/S 1000 too with the 16K RAM expansion pack. Although the base unit       had 2K (double that of the ZX81), plugging in the 16K expansion didn't augment       your memory to get 18K addressable. You still had an upper limit of 16K!              What have you been able to do with your new T/S 1000?                     Cheers, eric       --- GoldED+/LNX 1.1.5-b20130910        * Origin: Aliens' Alcove 2: telnet://aliens.free.net.ph (3:633/408)    |
