   Yup yup, you can find all of the documentation in the elisthlp.txt file in   
   this archive:

   Basically what you'll want to do is create a file called TABLET.ECO (or   
   whatever you want your echo to be named) and then send that FILE to 2:250/1.   
      
   The contents of the file (to create the new echo) should look like:

   To send the file to Vincent's system varies by BBS software, in my case with   
   Mystic I added his system as a node with a filebox and dropped the .ECO file   
   in there.  Once Mystic saw the file, it sent it off to his system and about an   
   hour later I saw the message in the ELIST echo that it was added.   
      
   Every 6 months you'll need to "renew" your echo, so keep an eye out on the   
   ELIST echo for an expiry notice.  You can just send a minimal .ECO update to   
   renew your echo like so:

   You can also create a TABLET.RUL file as well if you wanted to post the rules
