Below are the isbns affected.               AA>> "We are contacting you to ask that you please remove the        AA>> book from your shelves, online stores, websites etc. and        AA>> return all inventory.               WvV> And are you going to comply?              I don't have to. ;) I sold out before this nonsense reached        me.              The announcement from the publisher is also reminding me that        future orders or restocking will not be available. Fine.              Actually, the directive doesn't forbid me to sell the book, if I        had any. There is no law about that specific thing. But watch        ebay and other online sale channels that will surely offer        copies for sale at ridiculous prices.              This whole thing called woke or cancel culture or correctness       has gone overboard to the point of being ridiculous. I've never       heard of "passive racism". Is that like a backward compliment?       Sheeeesh. What's wrong with depicting an asian with slanted       eyes? That's part of a distinctive appearance.              Ook and Gluk is just a fun story about a couple of cavemen.        Totally fictional. The official line is: "The move comes amid a        wave of violence nationwide that has targeted Asian Americans        during the COVID-19 pandemic."              So.. this "move" is because of the violence toward Asians? The        book is just a frigging silly story with everyone getting along,        helping each other and quite "inclusive" of other cultures.              I'm surprised that Captain Underpants isn't considered "passive        racism" against teachers, or something called "passive child        molestation". It's a silly story about a super-hero teacher who        wears underpants.              --        ../|ug              --- OpenXP 5.0.49        * Origin: Mobile?
