I wear a traditional watch on my non-dominant        wrist, and the flex on my dominant wrist. I think the term I read was        "polite computing", where technology is there to assist without being        disruptive.              It's got 5 LEDs and a vibration feature. If you tap it, it'll tell you how        what fraction of your step count you've met so far. It'll vibrate to wake        you silently, to remind you to move every hour, and when you get a text        message. Otherwise, it's unobtrusive.              It also tracks sleep pretty well, although it doesn't do heart rate        monitoring and can't track what level of sleep you're in.              I'll be sad when it dies, they haven't made them for a couple of years.                     ...
