MSGID: 1:153/757.21@fidonet fcd98f6b       PID: OpenXP/5.0.51 (Win32)       CHRS: ASCII 1       TZUTC: -0400       Anyone here have one of those smartwatches that is primarily        designed as a fitness tracker and sleep tracker?              On a whim while visiting an electronics shop for something        else, one particular type of watch was on display for $55CDN.        Sleep tracking was an included feature. Recently, I have been        curious about monitoring my own sleep after a friend of mine        started sharing the screenshots of the results from a        Fitbit(tm). A Fitbit is clearly beyond my price range, but the        ones in the electronics shop seemed reasonable to try.              The one I have is the ID205L. It's corresponding "app" is        Letsfit(tm).              It's a reasonable device for the price, but sleep tracking        seems to be skewed and/or limited to recording from 3a to 7a        only! :( I'm wondering if anyone else is familiar with such a        problem.              The device has a sleep "range" that I can specify and confirm.        The default was/is 11p-7a. That was fine and I left it that        way. But the sleep record only seems to kick in closer to 3a        each time. Two recordings for the last two nights were like        that. Total sleep time recorded was 3hrs 50min or 4hr 30min,        which makes no sense!              Meanwhile, I've set the device for a sleep range of 6p-7a. Not        sure if that will make a difference in the logging period.              Since then, I'v studied the important concerns on how to wear        one of things properly. Hoping that there will be a difference              Anyone familiar with the ID205L? Many companies seem to re-        brand the device with different names.       --        ../|ug              --- OpenXP 5.0.51        * Origin: Mobile?
