   Apparently, they can. If I do not receive on the required date, then the   
   courier is under a contractual penalty. However, I received this one in plenty   
   of time.  But that is not the full story. The recipient is under strict   
   laydown policy too - and cannot open until specified date. (See additional   
   photo that follows).  I know what the item is. The release date is for the   
   upcoming book by Barack Obama. I probably did not order enough of these babie$.
