   Our pricing and policies:   
      
   The following is our flat-rate repair schedule for the most popular products   
   offered by Hear Technologies*:   
      
   -Hear Back Mixers: US$69.95 ea. + shipping.   
   -Hear Back Mixer Option 8 Modification: US$99.95 ea. + shipping.** (See note   
   below.)   
   -Hear Back Hubs, US$95.00 ea. + shipping.   
           If a replacement power supply module is needed,    
           we will charge an additional US$85.00. The total   
           repair for the Hub would be US$180.00 plus shipping.   
   -Freedom Back Receiver: US$69.95 + shipping.   
   -Freedom Back Transmitter: US$69.95 + shipping.   
      
   All flat-rate repairs include a complete overhaul of the unit(s) at no extra   
   charge.   
      
   *Certain service situations fall outside the flat rate schedule, including but   
   not limited to:   
      
      -Abused or altered equipment   
      -Circuit board contaminations due to corrosion or client-applied    
       cleaners, lubricants or other foreign substances.   
      
   Additional labor and/or supply charges may be added to correct these problems.   
      
   ** For Option 8 modifications: Mixers with serial numbers before   
   0636-Mxxxxxxxx   require more extensive modification and are billed at   
   US$129.00 each (plus    shipping). Option 8 Modifications INCLUDE same   
   services rendered under flat    rate service.   
      
   Non-Hear Technologies products:   
      
   *   For every item not under warranty we examine, a $47.50 diagnostic fee will   
   be charged up front. The exception to this is mixing consoles with more than   
   12 channels: Consoles with 13 to 24 channels incur a fee of $95 up front;   
   consoles with 25 to 36 channels incur a fee of US$142.50 and for consoles 36    
   to 52 channels the fee is US$195; consoles over 52 channels US$285.00   
      
   *   If we examine your item and estimate it will cost less than $150 to   
   repair, we will not provide you an estimate – we will simply proceed with the   
   repair. The diagnostic fee will be credited to your total repair bill.   
      
   *   If we examine your item and estimate it will cost more than $150 to   
   repair, we will provide you a cost estimate prior to repair upon request. If   
   you approve this estimate, we will proceed with the repair. The diagnostic fee   
   will be credited toward your total repair bill. If you decline the estimate   
   and thus the repair, we will only charge the diagnostic fee, and we will   
   return your item unrepaired.   
      
   *   Our hourly repair rate is US$95.00 per hour. Parts and shipping are   
   separate costs.   
      
   *   We do not service consumer-grade electronics products (receivers, CD/DVD   
   players, etc.) or guitars.

   If your repair is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, a bill of sale (copy)   
   is required; otherwise, Quantum Technologies' standard repair rates will apply.   
      
         By sending the unit(s) to Quantum Technologies for repair    
         with the issued RMA, you accept the above terms.   
      
         Products returned to us without a valid RMA number    
         on the carton will be returned to you.
