I haven't got one, but I'm dying of curiosity after trying to work   
   out the function of this "Colour Video Controller" cartridge for the   
   VIC-20, schematic and ROM from which are available here:

   Perhaps also called the "Scrolling Text Interface".   
      
   I guess it may be part of some larger system, or maybe I'm just   
   missing the obvious, but I'd really love to find out the function   
   of this strange device if anyone happens to know. The VIC-20   
   shouldn't really need any help controlling colour video after all.
