   Yep, "great".

There's an idiot Prime Minister who wastes piles of money pointlessly
trying to change the flag, while hospitals, schools, police, fire
service, etc. are all under-funded and the public has to pay their own
   ambulance bills.

Auckland's public transport system is hopeless and yet they're wasting
even more money adding the idiot mayor's pet project of an short, but
hideously expensive, underground section to the toy train set that they
can't even properly run now. (Not to mention the fact that with sea
levels rising, this underground tunnel and train station will be
   swamped with water anyway.)

Prices for most things are ridiculously expensive for no reason other
than retailer and big business greed - it's often much cheaper to
import your purchases yourself from Australia, Europe, or America than
to buy them in the local shops (and that includes shipping and
   potential customs bills).

And there are MANY MANY MANY more examples. :-\
