Hi!  I just updated my TmpCreatWin program.  Now it has multi-level group   
   support and the option on pre-Vista systems to associate a file type to   
   TmpCreatWin without adding a template to the database.  (It was already   
   available on WinVista+.)  It's at

   Picker02.zip.  Also, I uploaded a few cc65 program templates.  They're at
