   Due to an over-abundance of cats being home-bred (and in the wild) in Belgium   
   one can only legally aquire cats that have been spayed and if one gets one   
   from other sources it needs to be spayed as well first time it gets to the vet.   
       
   No more unprofessional home-breeding ...
