   Hi Janis

    > > LOL, and there is Nothing like watching a cat fish by the fish bowl..
    >
    > No kidding.. terrible though :) My grandmother had a tank of fish, and her
    > cat used to just sit and wait patiently for err... victims to come close
    > enough to the surface .. :) We never had fish in bowls, or tanks when I

It's easy for me to joke about as I never saw one of our cats catch a
fish.Just watched their antics briefly while they tried. Had the hooded tanks
andwhen I had my own fish and cats as a kid. They never got the goldfish in
thegoldfish bowl. Must have been urban cats and did not know how to fish very
   well:)

    > > That something special about dogs, they will be glad to try just about
    > >anything. If a dog doesn't like it, You might think about eating it
    > > yourself :

   > haha well, yes but then again I've seen some of the er crap my dogs eat LOL

Hahahahaha... I didn't think about that.. I was thinking about what You
gavethem, Not when they once in a while go to a buffet in the back yard.
LastSummer LoCi came running up on the patio. His neck was puffed out more
thanusualy for a pug with a pushed in face. He looked a little too innocent
for mycomfort too. Kinda had that look of Not much going on, how You doing?
The facewas just not right.. I said gimme.. put my fingers to his mouth and
out poppeda big old toad, and it hopped away.. He was about to be Loci's
evening snack.Plus I have seen what you say with some dogs and eating crap..
   Blech!

    > > Did the dogs get any mussels?
    >
    > Nope, but they sure tried.. you know, standing guard over the immediate
    > circle around my feet.. just in case I dropped one :)

Oh My! 8-) I know that Dance... They are amazing. Once had a doberman that
Iswear would nail anything dropped before it even hit the floor, even if he
   wasseveral yards away :)

    > favorites ar
    > > chicken wings, scrambled eggs, egg salad, meatloaf and ohh his all time
    > > favorite is Hot dogs.
    >
    > WOW!!!! that is incredible :) :)

It really is, because I did not know that when I bought him. It took the vet
totell me when I brought him in for his checkup just after buying him. The
onlything he said, NOT To feed him, was Avacado, Onions and Chocolate. Other
thanthat, anything goes! He may run in streaks, like us, it depends on what
hefeels like at the time. I remember one time I gave him Watermelon. I
figuredahh he'll love that. He was sitting on top of the cage eating. It was
the firsttime he had watermelon and I figured he is gonna love this. He picks
it up,made a bit of a noise, chewed it, looked at it and the next thing I
know, I getit splat! right in my face!! The little bugger just hauled off and
threw itright in my face. I am standing there with mooshed watermelon dripping
down myface. Well, he did not get watermelon for a while hehehheh.

    > Darn.. I had no idea.. I just might get one! Oh wait.. all I have in the
    > house are Bird dogs and cats Lol.. don't think the parrot and the labs will
    > mix at least :)

Cats, that is why no cats here anymore. The pugs, I don't necessarily
trust, but don't worry too much either. I don't let them mingle though. The
newfies?Mcgee would fly down on the floor and walk right up their back while
they werelaying down and stand on their heads, they were not phased. Oddly the
lab didnot bother him either, but would not let him sit on her. She would get
a littlespooked. But then again, she is the only lab I let outside on a winter
morning, she strolls out and walked smack into a rabbit. I swear it was like a
cartoon, she jumped a foot in the air and ran across the yard to the far
corner. I wasashamed. A lab afraid of a lil ol rabbit :-) Any cats though and
I would thinkone of two things would happen, either the cats would be totally
dedicated togetting that bird one way or another and spend all their time
until they could,or a cat would finally win and mcgee would be dinner. So with
Your cats, Iwould be uncomfortable with that for sure. With the dogs, he has
buddies. Hesits up there in the cage and if He finds some food in the bowl he
does notfeel like that day, he tosses it down to the dogs, the little weasel.
I lovethe look. He'll throw it and then lean forward, tilting his head and
lookingstraight down with one eye as if to make sure he threw it far enough to
reachthem. That is why I have a vinyl desk chair mat under his cage. Otherwise
Iwould have a mess, He thinks he's cool feeding them. I'd like to crown him :)

    > Send me a link to a pic of your bird when you get a chance, I'd love to see
    > it :)

I'll have to see if I can get one and pull it up..

   Have a good One!
