   It still sounds confusing.  Why do they say "up to $25" and then suggest that   
   the funds would be greater "if there is money left over"?   
      
   If there is potential to receive more, they should have said "minimum $25",   
   simple.   
      
   JH> If you already got the gift card, you won't get that $25 again, but you   
   might still get a share of any leftover funds after the $25 payments are made.   
      
   Well.. I did not partake in the gift card as compensation following the   
   scandal.
