Not to mention Mastodon as a potential option!  For what it's worth, there is   
   something to be said about the independence of a distributed network like FTN   
   and even being wide open offers its own form of 'security' - in a different   
   sense of the word.But Telegram sure is pretty.  > People are leaning towards
