The Motorola phone I have used for 20 Months I charge every night.
Some days ( a few) I had it on and saw a Battery is getting low Alert.

I mostly use Data on it. But phone calls also since I dropped the L/L service
   when I got this phone.

When I need to get a Battery for it my thoughts are to see if a wholesale
Electronics store in my area would have a better price than the cellphone
company I have service with OR even Motorola Co.

I can buy at the Electronics parts store as I have a Amateur Radio License as
   one of my Hobbies
