   Friend of mine's wife has had a liver transplant. She is vaccinated.   
       
   SH> if you are full adults and vaccinated and can prove it you will likely be   
   SH> allowed in without issue and soon. US border is expected to open to fully   
   SH> vaccinated Canadians and vice versa within a few weeks.   
       
   Learned this morning that Canada will be open for overseas travel Sept.7th.   
   You have to register on a particular site as fully-vaccinated. That   
   registration will be checked when checking-in for a flight or a boat or when   
   crossing the border from the US.
