   I have wondered why we don't incinerate more, but I think it has to do with   
   the potential air pollution and no one wanting to live near one.  I would   
   think it possible to maybe even generate a little power from the act of   
   incinerating but, as you point out, a lot of what would go in the   
   incinerator does not burn well.
