   I'd like to get some sort of vacation home in Canada, but I want it to be    
   cheap. In my city there are very cheap properties - some fixer uppers for    
   less than $20,000. But I don't see anything in that price range in neighboring   
   Ontario. (The Canadian equivalent being $25,395)   
      
   Maybe the houses in Canada are so expensive because of the universal health    
   care?
