But there is nothing in that process that precludes an       > individual's right to agency.              Yup, fascists are always quij to declare martial law (precludes all rights &        freedoms & makes the C-in-C supreme leader of all aspects of military &        civilian life); svared the crap out of me, in jmy research & fact-chercking       -- as we were sans C-in-C & I did not want Tru-dope declaring it, but it'd       be illegal, but he wouldn't be so concerned with legalities, like the former       C- ijn-C below the 49th. . .              >> Stores are personally owned property & there is an       >> understood, even if no sign, "Owner has the inherent right       >> to refuse anyone."       > I don't think refusal of "anyone" would get very far in       > Ontario. You call the cops & the person        suddenly wants to purchase a comic book(or some thing else cheap)              But in BC, bookstores were closed, as "non-essential" (booze & marijuana       stores were not allowed to close)              > If don't like people who wear yellow shirts to enter my shop, I       > can't stop them, if they are there to conduct biz.              I think if their shirtssaid, e.g. "Kill all Jews" you could order them to leave       & refusal to leave would constitute trespassing. An OPP helped set this up for       me for my arcade in Nipigon.              I sent a letter to the offender, with CC to the local OPP dispatch.              & he was banned -- he came back a week later, again drunk & rowdy; I had the        OPP haul him out (with the help of a local cabbie) & they charged him, without        me having to say or do anything else, & it turned out it was his 3rd, so he       was going away to prison.              Word got out that he was siccing his posse on me, so I decided to       'voluntarily repo' the arcade, & hie my heiny back to BC. I was 17,       definitely not up to being on the losing end of a gang rumble. . . (I8 was a       gang of one -- my posse was all in BC)              > There is "science" emerging that basically shows that the more       > one receives the covid jab, one's own natural immune system is       > less capable to fight the said virus naturally. Can you point me in the        right direction to read these studies in situ, please?              >> If needed, my immune system, tempered by swimming in       >> liquid sewage as a kid, will surely destroy any harmful       >> RNAs that the vaccine shots contained, & keep those that       >> will enhance its ability to fight this novel SARS-bred       >> cold virus.       > I dunno about that. You might be the sole test case for that       > theory! :D              Hopefully not -- I just want to fly below all the radars, & continue my       ongoing quest to live top 1,000 years of age or die trying (so far, so good!)              >> I'm extremnely pissed that Trudeau gave that lab in Wuhan       >> our top bat virus scioentist, asll of his Winnipeg lab's       >> virus samples, & a million dollars.       > I did not hear that news! That one sounds incredible, but       > believable!              I was flumoxxed, too, but I did due diligence in finding multiple sources for        each news item, in spite of them being buried so low in the newsmedia              >> Ok, rant over. . . :)       > When you gotta let it out, you gotta let it go.
