   Usually yes, but binkd doesn't route mails. It's the tosser that is   
   responsible to put the netmail for the point into a pkt addressed to it's boss.   
      
   Binkd doesn't make any distinction between nodes and points. Nodes are just   
   points with the point number 0.   
      
   If the point sysop were running a public binkd instance, you would be able to   
   send a netmail directly to the point.
