   In DOS you have multiple standards for networking, and each application needs   
   to compile in a networking library to work.   
      
   It seems that his binkd binary will NOT work with the driver that is loaded.   
   I think that the DOS BinkD binary uses the PKT driver interface.

   I do not see how telnet working is helping him with getting his DOS BinkD
