   amiga_4d_outbound (ASO) is just an additional and optional outbound style that   
   has been enabled. This compilation flag doesn't disable BSO. I use a patched   
   version of Squish and Crashmail for Amiga style outbound, but AFAIK most   
   common tossers don't support ASO.
