   That one is not commented very well.  That said, I figured it out shortly   
   after posting that.  I started binkd and noticed "listen *:24554" in the   
   output.  Stopped it, edited the cfg file, changed that line to:   
      
   listen *:24557   
      
   And it is now answering "calls."
