   here we go again... which standard? the one you tried to point to the last   
   time was written after the time you think/thought it was written... you never   
   responded to my post pointing that out...   
      
   then there's the fact that the standard could be wrong or simply out of   
   date... the FTSC documents current practise so if the practise changes, then   
   the standard will also change...
