   iport is the inbound port number or service name   
   oport is the outbound port number or service name   
      
   the service name, if you use it, is in the network services file for your OS   
   and contains the port number... if you use the service name and you want to   
   change the port used by the program, edit your services file and change the   
   port number there... then restart your program and it should start using the   
   new port number...
