   Before BinkD and FTS-5005 there was the original BinkleyTerm mailer that   
   defined BSO in 1990. The FTSC documented the original BSO de facto standard. I   
   wonder why the Binkd developers decided that they don't have to follow that   
   standard in the sample binkd.cfg that is distributed with binkd.

   some replies later I found this info:   
      
    SD> binkd checks outbound/quartz.7B and outbound/quartz if both are exists.   
      
   So even if binkd creates a "othernet" directory it also checks "othernet.xxx"   
   (if I understand it correctly).
