     I wish I could remember that hymn that notes in the verse that "Storm clouds   
   rise, and tempests blow, by order from Thy Throne". There are several verses   
   in Scripture, indicative of weather phenomena. The most obvious one is the   
   Noahic Flood in Genesis.
