-> Depends what BBS software you're accessing. Some software, such as       Synchron        -> will let you access netmail using an email client. Other software (e.g.        -> Mystic) will only let you access local messages via POP/SMTP.                -> I'm not aware of a way to a way to access echomail via POP/SMTP, but they       ca        -> be accessed on a lot of systems using NNTP with a newsreader. Both       Synchron        -> and Mystic support NNTP access, and other systems could use JAMNNTPD. On       yo        -> end, Thunderbird can be configured to access NNTP.                WINServer can support NNTP as well :)                ... Gotta run, the cat's caught in the printer.        --- Wildcat! v7.0.454.5 (May 15 2016), Editor Mod v2.0         * Origin: Neptune's Lair - Olive Branch MS - winserver.org (1:116/18)    |
