   he has handled years of phil taylor.   
      
   but i've always said this:  i've dealt with phil.  he is smarter than he lets   
   on. he just has this weird personality trait where he asks questions to stuff    
   he already knows.  he HAS setup some complicated stuff with nobody's help. he    
   can do it.
