   Even if there were standards, taglines are not specific to FidoNet so saying   
   they must be coupled with a tearline wouldn't work.   
      
   I may change it to place itself directly above the tear line, but personally I   
   kind of like the blank space above it.  Open to hearing more opinions though   
   if people have them.
