     It should be. I've been making posts in the ham radio and weather   
   echoes...when I haven't had to be down for thunderstorms. Robert   
   Wolfe runs it...so he's the one to contact for it. However, at times,    
   winserver.org is ornery about accepting messages -- and for that   
   matter, the robertwolfe.org domain is the same way.
