Have a happy birthday...and eat some cake       for the rest of us. :)               > I know if I had the BBS in the cloud, I wouldn't have to worry about        >the downtime, but right now, I can't afford it, as I have other bills        >outside the BBS to worry about.               RW> I totally understand. I was havign my robertwolfe.org email hosted        RW> through GMail, but I did not need the $30/month bill, so i gfi found a        RW> vps provider that only charges me $6/month for what I need, so I built        RW> out my own email server and run it there. https://www.interserver.net.               I'll take another look at it sometime this fall. I hate having to shut       things down for inclement weather.               Speaking of which...              1) As we approach the hurricane season, more areas are being watched.       One area is forecast to form off the Carolinas, but move out to sea.       A second area may affect areas of the Caribbean, before going into       central America. Two other areas are in the eastern Atlantic, and it's       too early to know what their fate will be.              2) Depending on which version of The Farmer's Almanac you like, it       could be a good or bad winter. We haven't had much of a winter in       the central Arkansas area in over 3 years, and I feel we're overdue.              Daryl              ... I didn't like my beard at first. Then it grew on me.       === MultiMail/Win v0.52       --- SBBSecho 3.11-Win32        * Origin: The Thunderbolt BBS - tbolt.synchro.net (1:19/33)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 18/200 90/1 120/340 123/130 226/30 227/114 229/101       SEEN-BY: 229/275 424 426 452 664 240/5832 249/206 317 400 317/3 322/757       SEEN-BY: 342/200 633/280       PATH: 19/33 396/45 280/464 229/101 426           |
