   that depends on who has the code and what they can and are willing to do with   
   it... they might just give it to you if you're going to open source it and   
   keep it viable in today's world... open sourcing it could be a big job,   
   though, if commercial closed libraries are/were used... those routines would   
   need to be replaced...
