   You didn't mention which version you are running, but if it's the latest   
   public beta version 1.20b11 then I suggest you try version 1.16 which had no   
   known issues. You can download it from Netfoss.com   
      
   The current private beta of Net2BBS is 1.20b18, (with beta 19 going out   
   tomorrow) and a full release version of 1.20 is planned to be out very soon.   
      
   Check your net2bbs log file to see if it shows the IP address of your web   
   server next to a "Connection Refused" message, and it should list a reason for   
   the refusal next to it. Feel free to email me about it.
