   For a while I put the SIT tone in my outgoing message, that "boop boop BEEP"   
   tone you hear before you hear "I'm sorry, the number you have reached has been   
   disconnected or no longer in service"   
      
   Quite a few predictive dialers use that sound to flag a number as non-valid and   
   take it out of their list.   
      
   My mother-in-law at the time would hear the tone and hang up, so it was a   
   double-win.
